  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I do not accept orders placed outside of the US on Storyenvy. If you are an international customer, please purchase from my Etsy shop instead: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DearestDoremi

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Do you accept returns?

    All sales are final. Dearest Doremi is a small business with very limited stock, so we cannot offer returns/exchanges at this time.

  • What if my package gets lost?

    Please reach out directly to your shipping courier for missing packages. Once a package enters transit, it is entirely out of my hands.

    If a package is returned to me due to a missing/incorrect address, I can offered you a refund OR you can purchase a new shipping label to have it sent back to you.
